Blanch the tofu skin, cut into 2cm wide strips and tie them

Wash and cut pork belly

Add some water to the pot to make syrup.

Pour the pork belly into the pot and stir out the excess oil

Pour hot water to cover the pork belly and add seasonings

Put the knotted thousand sheets into the pot

Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes to collect the juice

Just load it into a plate.
