Butter Cookies
Overview
This butter cookie is a must-make dessert for lazy cancer patients like me! Because there is no need to wash the piping tips, and there is no need to rummage through the cabinets to find piping bags~ The cookies made with this recipe are very, very crispy, and have a crisp texture that is so delicious that you can’t stop eating~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature.
-
Beat the butter with a hand mixer and it will break up easily. Well, in fact, this step can be completely omitted, because you can just press it with your fingers to form a paste. Add powdered sugar and beat.
-
Beat until butter and icing sugar are completely combined.
-
Add the egg liquid and beat until the egg liquid is completely absorbed by the butter.
-
Then add the milk, which is also completely absorbed by the butter, and the butter becomes larger and fluffy.
-
Then sift in the flour.
-
Use a rubber spatula to cut and mix evenly.
-
Gently use your hands to form a smooth dough.
-
Shape the dough into a cube, you can use a mold to shape it. Then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
After taking it out, cut it into pieces of about 5mm. Turn the oven on top and bottom, middle rack, 195 degrees, about 18 minutes.
