Cut dry tofu into shreds and wash.

Blanch it in boiling water, drain it into cold water, drain and set aside.

Prepare as shown.

Add sugar, salt, MSG, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar and green onion.

Take another pot of oil, about half a small bowl, heat it to 70% to 80% heat, add peppercorns, and turn off the heat when the aroma becomes fragrant. When the oil temperature drops, add the Chaotian pepper (it will be easy to burn if added too early)

It’s best to wait for the oil to cool before pouring it over the dry tofu. Finally add the coriander. Mix well.
