Spicy sausage
Overview
I have liked eating pig intestines since I was a child. Although this affects my image very much, I really like it! Today I took a break and went to the vegetable market to buy a pound of half-finished large intestine. I came back and fried it with some chili peppers. It was simple and delicious, so happy!

Prepare the materials, it’s very simple

Cut the pig's large intestine into sections of about 1cm, and cut the pepper into thick shreds

Add appropriate amount of base oil to the pot, add chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and peppercorns and saute until fragrant

Add pork intestines and stir-fry
