Stir-fried shrimp with garlic

If you don’t like peeling shrimp shells when eating shrimp, then if you handle the shrimp well in the early stage, it will be easier and more enjoyable to eat later. Garlic and shrimp have always been a perfect match, and they taste great steamed, but the stir-fried meat is still more tender and flavorful.

Prepare the ingredients: shrimp, minced ginger, minced garlic, and green onions.

Remove the internal organs from the heads of the shrimps, open the backs of the shrimps, remove the lines from the shrimps, and clean them.
