Coconut Soaked Bread
Overview
I have stumbled along the path of baking. From the first piece of toast that didn’t rise at all to gnocchi, to the second piece of toast that was burnt, to the third to fourth pieces, until now I’m quite satisfied with the bread I’ve made! This bread was made by Fang Zixue, who I saw recently. I have made it several times and it is pretty good. My family also likes the taste. I would like to share the steps and experience with everyone, because this bread can be operated successfully by beginners. It does not require that the dough must be kneaded to an expanded state like toast dough~~

Steps
-
First put 5 grams of yeast into warm milk, melt and stir evenly, then add 65 grams of high flour and stir evenly, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place until it 4 times in size, then shrink it back to the state in the picture, tear it open and it will look like a honeycomb
-
Add the ingredients in material 2 except butter to the bread machine bucket in the order of liquid first, then sugar, salt, and then flour. Then tear up the fermented yeast heads and put them into the bread machine bucket together. Start a kneading program and then add butter. After another kneading program ~~, perform the first fermentation
-
After the initial fermentation, the dough is 1.5 times the size of the original dough. As shown in the picture, just poke it with your finger and it will not shrink back immediately! Take out the dough and let it deflate. After deflating, let it rise for a few minutes. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll the divided dough into balls and put them into a cake mold of about ten inches for secondary fermentation. It is best to use a mold with a height of 5 cm for the container.
-
Ferment twice until it is about doubled in size, which is the state in the picture
-
Pour the soaking liquid in ingredient 3 over each dough, then sprinkle with grated coconut, bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees in the middle for 25 to 30 minutes! It depends on the individual oven temperature. My oven has a high temperature. I bake it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then cover it with tin foil and bake it for 15 minutes. I then remove the tin foil and bake it for a few minutes for coloring. This is for your reference only~~

The bread is being baked, and the house is filled with fragrance. The finished product is out of the oven~~
