  2. Cut the puff pastry into two parts from the middle.

  3. Place a piece of chocolate 3/4 of the way up the pastry.

  5. Spread all the egg wash on the edges of the puff pastry.

  7. Arrange all pastries on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of whole egg wash over the pastry.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180°. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry puffs up and the surface is golden.
