Using the post-oiling method, first mix all the ingredients except butter, knead until gluten is formed, add softened butter, and knead to form a glove film. (If you have a bread machine or chef's machine, you can do this step for you, which can save a lot of effort.)

Ferment at around 30℃ until 2-2.5 times in size,

Take it out, drain out the air, let it sit for 15 minutes and then divide it into three equal parts,

Take one part, roll it out, and roll it up again,

Put it in the toast mold,

Cover and ferment for 50 minutes at about 34°C,

Preheat to 165℃ and bake for about 35 minutes,
