Pan-fried red fish
Overview
I happened to see seafood redfish when I was shopping today. I bought a pound of it, marinated it with some salt for an hour, fried it until dry, and ate it with the bones. It was delicious and calcium-rich.

pound of small red fish, washed and deveined.

Sprinkle in a little pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well, and marinate for 1 hour. Don’t buy other light soy sauces or dark soy sauces.

Heat some oil in a pan

Drain the marinated fish with kitchen paper, put it in a frying pan, and fry over medium heat until dry.

Flip and continue frying until both sides are golden brown.

Finished product. (You can remove the fish head if you don’t want to eat it)
