Wash the soybeans and soak them for about 10 hours.

The soaked soybeans have begun to grow in size.

Cook the soybeans for 30 minutes. The steamed soybeans can be easily pinched open with your hands. (But don’t go overboard)

Dissolve 1g of Natto bacteria in 10ml of warm water.
