  1. Use a grater to grate the potatoes into rough holes and place them on the vegetable fence. Use cold water to wash away the starch from the potatoes. Then use your hands to drain the water. Pour in salt, pepper, sugar, dried onions (fresh onions are also acceptable) and cornstarch. Stir evenly;
