Wash the bitter melon, remove the pulp, slice and set aside.

Cut tofu into cubes and set aside.

Chopped garlic, set aside.

Heat a pot and add a little oil, add tofu, stir-fry for a while, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, continue to add bitter melon, add a little salt and five-spice powder to taste, stir-fry a few times.
