Bacon Baked Noodles
Overview
This baked noodle made by mixing ordinary ingredients is very delicious and was praised by my daughter. Although the method is not authentic and the ingredients are on hand, being able to make the taste you like is the most important thing.

Have materials ready.

Cut green and red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, onions, and bacon into small dices. Cut the thick noodles into small cubes. All ingredients are roughly the same size when cut into cubes.

Bring the water to a boil and add the diced noodles.

Boil it, take it out and cool it in cold water, wash off the stickiness and drain the water.

Heat a pan and add butter.

Melt the butter and heat it up. Add the onion and saute until fragrant. Add the bacon and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked, add the diced noodles and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of black pepper, add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
