Red dates and walnut hearts

Red dates and walnut hearts

Overview

My child doesn’t like eating red dates and raw walnuts very much. In order to achieve a better balanced nutrition, I let him eat some walnuts and red dates every day. I followed the experts’ tips in World Food and the roasted ones are really fragrant. There is no problem for my child to eat three to four per day, and he will take the initiative to get them. Parents may wish to give it a try!

For large Xinjiang dates, 15 minutes (the first time I baked them together, it took 22 minutes. They were very burnt and too hard to taste)
