Separate eggs into water-free and oil-free basins, one for egg whites and another for egg yolks. Add 170 grams of milk, 2 grams of salt, and 15 grams of oil into the egg yolk basin. Mix evenly, then sift in 175 grams of cake flour and stir gently until evenly mixed.

Add a few drops of lemon juice and 30 grams of white sugar to the egg whites and beat until thickened

Fold the egg whites into the batter in 2-3 batches and stir gently evenly

After preheating a non-stick pan over low heat, add a ladle of batter and pour it down quickly. (Don't pour it bit by bit, as it will form circles, because the batter is easy to cook... the one poured first will be cooked naturally)

Keep the fire at minimum until the batter becomes as shown in the picture, or until large bubbles form and some of the bubbles burst

Flip and cook for 30 seconds before serving

Stack them up and put them on a plate, arrange fruits and yogurt, or drizzle them with honey
