Cut the butter into small pieces and melt it at room temperature or in the microwave. Add sugar, milk, and eggs and stir evenly. Sieve it, then sift in the flour and stir evenly.

Heat a non-stick pan and turn to low heat. Pour in the slurry and mix well with your hands without turning it over. After frying, put it in a dishpan to cool and set aside.

Add some sugar to the cream, according to your taste, and beat with an electric egg beater.

Put the fried side of the skin on top, add cream, add bananas and some cream, then fold the skin and it's done!
