Stir-fried purple carrots
Overview
A friend gave me some purple carrots. When I saw them for the first time, I thought they were yams. Slender. Purple carrots have basically the same properties and characteristics as ordinary carrots. The difference is that the fruit is purple in color, rich in anthocyanins, and has high nutritional value. Make a stir-fry.
