Steps
-
Put the northern tofu together and wash it with water.
-
Cut into small pieces.
-
Wash the baby cabbage with clean water.
-
Break it into large pieces with your hands.
-
The pork meatballs are cut into thick slices. I want them to be flavorful quickly, but they can also be stewed whole.
-
Blanch the tofu cubes in a pot of boiling water and set aside.
-
Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the baby cabbage and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
-
Fry until soft, add the meatballs and continue to stir-fry a few times.
-
Add tofu cubes.
-
Add a little oyster sauce.
-
Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for a nice color, and add a little salt to taste.
-
Transfer to a casserole, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer to add flavor.
-
I have boiled eggs at home, so I threw them in as well.
