Rinse the rice and add appropriate amount of water as you normally would when cooking rice. Put in rice cooker.

Cut the two potatoes into quarters and put them into the steamer basket of the rice cooker.

Put two eggs into a bowl, add a little chopped green onion, a little light soy sauce, a little thirteen spices, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Put it into the steamer with the potatoes, press the cooking button, and steam it with the rice.

After tripping, simmer for a while, take out the potatoes, peel them, mash them, add rice and eggs.

Add chopped green onion, you can add more.

Add chopped lettuce.

Add two tablespoons of bibimbap sauce.

I used the special sauce for rice buns, which I bought offline. If you don’t have it, you can use other sauces instead.
