Overview

I bought too many chili peppers at home, and suddenly I remembered eating the chopped chili peppers my grandma made when I was a kid, so I decided to make it myself.

  2. Chop into pieces (remember to wear gloves, otherwise your hands will be so hot).

  3. Add the edible salt, and watch the salt go in. Not too much, not too little, just make sure the peppers are covered with salt.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Put it into a clean and water-free sealed jar. In order to ensure the sealing, I put plastic wrap on it first (what my grandma did when I was young was to put it in the jar, cover it, and put a circle of water around it, which works better).

  6. Cover and refrigerate for a week.
