Grilled saury with seasonal vegetables and salt
Overview
The best way to eat saury is to grill it. It doesn’t require much seasoning, just salt and black pepper. It is already very fragrant. It can be paired with vegetables and lemon juice to relieve the fatigue.

The saury is frozen, so defrost it first

Do not open the belly of the fish, use scissors to cut off the lower body of the fish, and use chopsticks to take out the intestines from the gills to keep the fish from breaking the belly and preventing it from deforming when grilled;

Cut diagonally on both sides of the fish and place it on a long plate;

Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper;

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish, rub evenly with your hands, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Prepare vegetables, peel potatoes and wash carrots and green peppers;

Slice potatoes, carrots, and shred green pepper;

Transfer the fish to a baking pan, put it into a preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake for about 8 minutes;

Take out the baking pan and apply an appropriate amount of oil on the fish, odorless oil will do;
