Wash the cod fillets and marinate them with salt, cooking wine and black pepper for half an hour

After marinating, drain the water with kitchen paper

Heat the pan and add butter

When the butter melts, add the cod and fry until browned on both sides

Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked cod

Heat the oil left in the pan, add tomato paste and a little sugar and cook until the sugar melts, then pour it over the cod fillets
