Ingredients
Steps
-
Add sugar and yeast to the flour.
-
Add 4 eggs.
-
Add 40g cooking oil (no need to add water).
-
The bread machine kneads and ferments the dough.
-
Take out the dough and knead it into a ball, ready to make braided bread.
-
Divide into 2 portions and roll into balls.
-
Roll the dough into a medium thickness and cut into desired strips.
-
Weave thin strips of noodles with bread dough on top. Prepare to weave patterns later.
-
The patterned bread dough works well.
-
Made another smaller one.
-
When you finish making the second bread dough, the first one has been fermented for the second time (we originally planned to bake 2 pieces together, but now we can only bake the first bread). Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the bread dough, preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, bake at 160 degrees and 150 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes (depending on the size of the bread). Cover with oil paper in time to prevent scorching.

The enticing aroma of the bread when you cut it open, its golden color, beautiful pattern, and soft texture make your family rave about it.
