Wash the flowers and drain them, put them in an oil-free steamer, put the water on boiling water and steam them over high heat for 5 minutes. When the flowers are cooked, take them out and let them cool.

After cooling, place it in an oil-free container and add melted rock sugar and stir. If you like brown sugar or yellow rock sugar, white sugar can be used.

Finally, put it into an oil-free and water-free container and seal it. Before sealing, pour a layer of honey on the top of the container. It plays the role of protective isolation. The key is not to fill the sealed bottle too full. Leave 1/6 of the space above. Because of the flowers, sugar fermentation produces gas. Store at room temperature for 1 month and in the refrigerator for 6 months.
