Colorful shredded pork
Overview
Stir-fried shredded pork is a very common dish. I served this dumpling with shredded carrots. Shredded lettuce and potatoes. The colors of the 3 kinds of vegetables are beautiful and every child loves to eat them

Cut the tenderloin into shreds and marinate with cooking wine and oily starch light soy spicy sauce for 15 minutes

Cut carrots, potatoes, and lettuce into thin strips.

Green pepper cut into sections

Heat oil in a pan, sauté green pepper until fragrant, add shredded pork and stir-fry

Tell the shredded potatoes, carrots and lettuce. Pour in oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly

Remove from the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion
