Black pepper potato chips
Overview
On a whim, I really wanted to eat fried potato chips, but it was troublesome to beat them into potato chips and bake them, so I simply cut a potato and made it like this. It has a black pepper flavor, is fried and crispy, and is quite delicious. It's just that you can't eat too much fried food.

Wash and peel potatoes

Cut into thin slices evenly

Put it in water and rinse it to wash out the starch

After changing the water again, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar and soak it for about half an hour. After soaking in white vinegar, it will be crispier when fried.

When the oil temperature is 40% hot, you can fry it in the pan. Fry slowly over low heat to make it crispier. When taking out the pan, the oil temperature should be slightly higher so that the potato chips are crispy and less oily
