Shrimp Wonton Noodles

Simple and delicious, shrimp and instant noodle pancakes are the trick:)

This is the stock I used. If you don’t have it, just use plain water and add chicken essence.

Cut up your favorite vegetables, I like rapeseed.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Wash the prawns and remove their whiskers.

Instant noodle cakes, 2 pieces, this is the amount for three people.

Half a box of wontons. You can also make your own, I used ready-made frozen wontons.

Using a pot, cook the wontons first.

Then blanch the prawns.

In a separate wok, add a little base oil. When the oil is hot, add onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the stock (or plain water).

You can add a little salt to taste. If using plain water, remember to add chicken essence.

Put in instant noodles.

Add vegetables.

When the noodles are cooked, add the cooked wontons.

Finally add the cooked prawns.

Cook for another 1 minute and serve.
