Bread crumb fried tofu

There are different ways to eat fried tofu with bread crumbs. It changes the basic methods of frying, stewing and making soup in the past. Making fried tofu with bread crumbs has beautiful color and crispy texture, making it a delicious dish on the table.

A piece of tofu, rinse well.

Cut into moderate thickness.

Beat in 2 eggs.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid (add salt to the egg liquid) and prepare corn starch.

Pour the bread crumbs into the plate.

Cut the tofu into square pieces (it will break easily if it grows too long) and coat with dry starch.

Then dip it in the egg liquid. Since I took the photo with both hands, the tofu had to be put into the egg liquid.

Immediately put the tofu dipped in egg liquid into the bread crumbs and dip it evenly into the bread crumbs.

Dip several pieces and set aside. Don't dip too many pieces at one time as they may get wet easily.

Add oil to the pot, add bread crumb tofu, fry over medium-low heat, turn over and remove until the skin becomes crispy (do not overheat).

The finished product is plated with beautiful color and crispy skin (can also be prepared with dipping sauce).
