Slice the pork loin, do not cut into sections with the first and second cuts, and cut into sections with the third cut.

Then cut the cut meat vertically into strips without cutting off the bottom.

Add cooking wine, salt, egg white, pepper and sugar and marinate for half an hour.

Coat each pork shred with dry flour, then shake off excess flour.

Fry in a 40% to 50% hot oil pan.
