Wash and slice potatoes

Cut into 1mm thick slices

Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 70% hot

Add dry potato slices and turn down the heat to prevent the potatoes from frying

Turn over the unfried potato slices

Drain the oil with a slotted spoon, put it on a plate, sprinkle with sugar or a little salt and serve.
