  1. Cut the meat into small pieces (can be large or small, but not too small, otherwise it will be too small after frying) and put it in a basin

  2. Add the above seasonings

  3. Stir evenly and marinate for about an hour

  4. Put twice as much oil in the pot as you usually use for cooking. Heat the oil and put the marinated meat into the pot.

  5. Stir-fry the water over medium heat (as shown in the picture), turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer

  6. Simmer until there is no more soup. Turn to medium heat and continue to stir-fry. You need to stir-fry constantly, otherwise the pot will be burnt

  7. Fry until you feel a layer of mushy rice crust on the bottom of the pot, then place the meat pieces on a plate

  8. Clean the pot, add oil again, put the meat pieces into the pot, fry slowly (the longer the frying time, the drier the meat will become, it depends on your personal preference), drain the oil

  9. Place in a basin, sprinkle with barbecue ingredients, and serve after cooling
