Meicai used to be the most famous dish in our village. Every household could make it and there were pickling ponds everywhere. Now there are no fields and everyone makes it less! But I haven’t forgotten the method of making it! I made this pickled meatloaf with pickled vegetables today. My father-in-law also marinated it himself, without adding any chemicals! !

Have materials ready.
