The prawn filling was bought and frozen before, so it had to be thawed.

Cut the back of the shrimp with scissors, remove the line, head and shell.

Mince the carrots, mince the onions, mince half of the shrimp, mince half of the shrimp, and cut into small pieces. Put the shrimp pieces in a separate bowl.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Place the dumplings wrapped in carrot slices on top of the pot.
