Cut the meat into slices and add salt and ginger to taste to remove the fishy smell.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Add to pot and stir-fry.

Cut the spicy millet into shreds and stir-fry until soft. Add salt and stir-fry evenly and take it out.

After the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry.
