Prepare materials.

Separate the egg yolks and whites into two clean, water-free and oil-free containers, add sugar to the egg yolks.

Pour into a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Drop the pan twice to eliminate air bubbles in the batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, put it in the middle layer, and bake for 20 minutes.
