Winter is here, and I’m not tired of eating meat anymore. If you want to eat meat in a different way, but don’t want to spend too much time, this lazy way of mine can be busy and eat two dishes!

  1. Pluck and skin the pork knuckle, wash and drain.

  2. Add cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil, then blanch the pork elbow.
