【Two dishes in one】Stewed Pork Knuckle

Winter is here, and I’m not tired of eating meat anymore. If you want to eat meat in a different way, but don’t want to spend too much time, this lazy way of mine can be busy and eat two dishes!

Pluck and skin the pork knuckle, wash and drain.

Add cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil, then blanch the pork elbow.

Wash the blanched pork knuckle and put it into the pressure cooker, add water, red dates and ginger slices, and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of very fresh soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

Add a small amount of rock sugar, bring to high heat and then turn to medium heat for 15 minutes.

After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Just put the leftover crystal elbow slices into the hot pot and warm it up before eating.
