1. 1 Minced meat and chili peppers

   

2. 2 Add an egg and mix well

   

3. 3 Add mashed potatoes

   

4. 4 When adding three eggs, don’t ask me why I didn’t add them together because I forgot..

   

5. 5 Put the beaten egg liquid into the steamer, then cut the sausage and the remaining chili and lightly spread it on top of the egg liquid (the color is nice)

   

6. 6 It will take about fifteen minutes to steam

   

7. 7 Can be eaten with soy sauce and vinegar
