Yakult Dragon Fruit Toast
Overview
Yakult is one of my favorite drinks. It contains 10 billion bacteria per 100 ml. From the taste to the nutrition, it is remarkable. In fact, besides drinking it, it has many uses. The toast made with light cream and dragon fruit tastes surprisingly good. Do you want to try it?

Prepare the materials, pour the dragon fruit and Yakult into a blender or wall breaker and make a puree.

Place the liquid ingredients into the bread machine.

Cover the liquid with flour and milk powder, put salt and sugar on the diagonal corners, dig a small hole in the middle of the flour, and put yeast.

Start the bread machine kneading program for 30 minutes (including kneading 1, letting it stand for 10 minutes, and kneading 2)

Knead until the gluten expands and the surface is smooth.

Add softened butter and knead for 20 minutes.

Start the bread machine fermentation program (fermentation takes 1 hour in winter and about half an hour in summer. If the room temperature is higher, you can ferment directly at room temperature.)

Let the dough rise until 2.5 times in size.

Divide the dough into three equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a cylinder, do the same for all three, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a long strip again, roll up the dough, place it with the seam facing down, put the dough into the mold, put it in the oven for the second fermentation, and ferment at 38 degrees until the mold is full.

Brush the surface with a little egg wash, put it in the preheated oven, and heat it up and down to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. (Please refer to the temperament of your own oven for time and temperature). If the surface is darker, you can cover it with a piece of tin foil.

Immediately after taking it out of the oven, remove it from the mold and let it cool on a rack. After taking it out, it is best to put it on its side for a while to avoid concave waist. Let it cool to hand temperature before bagging it.
