  1. Shred ham sausage, fish patties, pork belly, remove heads from small shrimps, cut green onions into small pieces, cut dried radish into small pieces, and mince garlic

  2. Put the ingredients in the pot separately and saute until fragrant. Stir-fry the pork belly until it is slightly brown and fragrant

  3. Beat the eggs, stir-fry and set aside

  4. Add more oil to the bottom of the pot, use high heat, fry the garlic slightly (not for too long, otherwise it will not taste good if it is too fried), then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and chicken essence until it boils, then change to medium heat

  5. Pour in cooked noodles and all ingredients and stir-fry evenly
