Overview

  1. Main ingredients: flour, leeks

  2. Add two-thirds of the boiling water to the flour and spread it. Add cold water little by little and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes

  3. Chop the leeks and set aside

  4. Knead the rested dough evenly again and divide it into four parts

  5. Take a portion and roll it into a thin dough, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and apply a layer of cooking oil

  6. Mix the cooking oil evenly and sprinkle with a layer of minced chives

  7. Roll up from one end

  8. After rolling it up, cut it in the middle with a knife and divide it into two parts

  9. Use the back of a spoon to brush a thin layer of cooking oil on one surface

  10. Start from one end and roll it up.

  11. After rolling it up, press your head on the bottom

  12. Press gently with your hands and roll into a cake shape

  13. Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pan and put in the rolled cake dough
