Chive hand cake
Overview
When making the stuffing, I deliberately left a handful of leeks, so today’s chive-flavored hand cakes are made. It tastes great. If you don’t believe me, give it a try!

Main ingredients: flour, leeks

Add two-thirds of the boiling water to the flour and spread it. Add cold water little by little and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes

Chop the leeks and set aside

Knead the rested dough evenly again and divide it into four parts

Take a portion and roll it into a thin dough, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and apply a layer of cooking oil

Mix the cooking oil evenly and sprinkle with a layer of minced chives

Roll up from one end

After rolling it up, cut it in the middle with a knife and divide it into two parts

Use the back of a spoon to brush a thin layer of cooking oil on one surface

Start from one end and roll it up.

After rolling it up, press your head on the bottom

Press gently with your hands and roll into a cake shape

Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pan and put in the rolled cake dough

Fry until both sides are golden brown and loose.
