Baa Baa Sheep Bread
Overview
This bleating sheep bread was made using the direct fermentation method. In order to cater to the joy of the Year of the Sheep and the meaning of prosperity in the Three Yangs, my little master likes it so much that he is reluctant to eat it.

Put the milk, eggs, salt, flour, sugar, and baking powder into the bread machine in sequence, stir, and perform the kneading process twice;

Add butter and knead the dough again;

Place the kneaded dough in a clean container and ferment at room temperature;

Let the dough double in size, poke a hole in the middle of the dough to let the air out, and the dough is fermented;

Divide the dough into small pieces of 75g each and rest for 20 minutes;

Take a small piece of dough, roll it into an oval, and roll the left and right sides toward the middle;

Cut a knife in the middle of the rolled dough roll and cut it to 2/3;

Turn the dough roll over, roll up the dough roll on both sides into a horn shape, and poke a few holes in the horns with a fork;

Place on a baking sheet, wrap with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation, leave at room temperature for 1 hour;

After the secondary fermentation is completed, brush with egg wash;

Put it into the preheated oven and lower it to the second level;

Bake the upper tube at 160 degrees and the lower tube at 150 degrees for 25 minutes;

After baking, let cool and then decorate with pink or brown coloring.
