Stir-fried shrimps with okra and green pepper
Overview
Okra is a dish that has only appeared on my dining table in recent years. Since it is sticky, I mostly use it to make soup. Today I fried shrimps with okra and it tasted great too. It is a good dish for the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival family banquet.

Wash the okra and cut into diagonal slices.

Wash and slice green peppers, add oil and set aside.

Heat oil, fry shrimps in oil and set aside.

Use the oil used to fry shrimps, add minced ginger to the pan, add cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, and stir-fry okra.

Add the shrimp, salt, and a little water, and stir-fry the okra until cooked (the okra has mucus, so add some water to avoid burning the pot).
