Stir-fried double beans with green pepper
Overview
The double beans here refer to two kinds of lentils, one is short, colored lentils, commonly known as pig ear beans; the other is long, pure green, commonly known as donkey ear beans. Apart from the difference in appearance, the two types of lentils have basically the same texture and taste. Today, these two kinds of lentils are put together and paired with green peppers, so it is called fried double beans with green peppers.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: green pepper, pig ear beans, donkey ear beans

Wash the lentils and cut into pieces. Slice green peppers and chop green onions.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, add lentils and blanch. Blanch the lentils. Remove the supercooled water.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion.

Add lentils. Stir fry evenly.

Add green pepper.

After stir-frying, add oyster sauce.

Add salt and MSG to taste. Stir well and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan, plate, and serve.
