Pine Nuts and Corn
Overview
This is a popular quick dish in my family. Because I use quick-frozen vegetables for the side dishes and canned corn for the corn, the whole dish only takes ten minutes to complete.

Coat a pan with a thin layer of oil and stir-fry the pine nuts over low heat

Pour a little oil into the pot and fry the frozen vegetables

Pour in the corn kernels and stir-fry evenly

Add salt, sugar, and oyster sauce. Stir well
