Crispy fried wild gardenias
Overview
In early summer, wild gardenias bloomed in the valley again, and some vendors selling these fragrant flowers appeared in the vegetable market. I've made stir-fried before, so today I'm going to try the fried gardenia. The fried gardenia is very delicious. Dip it in the sauce and put a piece in your mouth. The outside is crispy, and the inside has a slightly glutinous texture. It's really good.
