Roasted Pork and Fried Garlic Cores
Overview
As the saying goes, it’s better to eat every now and then. The best food is what’s in season and tastes fresh and healthy! None of my family likes to eat garlic, but I do like to eat garlic cores. It has a crisp texture and a little sweetness. It feels like a pleasure to listen to the sound of biting into it
