Choose beef tenderloin, which is relatively tender and tastes better after frying

Dice the beef, onions, and tomatoes separately, and slice the garlic

Melt the butter over low heat, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, add the beef, turn to high heat and stir-fry until the beef changes color
