Overview

Now is the season when peanuts are ripe. I remember a nursery rhyme from my childhood about a fat white man sleeping in a thatched house with a red tent. When I think of this, I am filled with memories. When I was a child, peanut cakes were a valuable gift, and of course they were a great gift for little kids to show off!

  1. Prepare ingredients

  2. Put the peanuts into the oven and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes

  3. Mix sugar, egg liquid and oil and stir well

  4. Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda into 3 medium

  5. Add chopped peanuts and mix well

  6. Use your hands to roll the dough in step 5 into 8 small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil

  7. Use your right thumb to gently press the balls into cake shapes

  8. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes
