Fried meat with onions
Overview
Onions have blood purifying functions, hypoglycemic functions, and can prevent cancer. The fresh period when onions are just ripe is the time when their nutritional value is the highest. During the storage process, the nutrients of onions will gradually decrease. If the onions have begun to sprout or become soft in some places, they can no longer be eaten. Onions are best stored in an open container away from moisture. Once an onion is cut, even if it is wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator, its nutrients will be lost quickly due to oxidation. Therefore, it is best to cut as many onions as you can eat, and try to avoid storing them after cutting.
