Buckwheat Bowl (Dumpling Bowl)

Buckwheat Bowl (Dumpling Bowl)

Overview

Nowadays, there are too many unscrupulous merchants. I usually like to eat the bowls on the street. A few days ago, our TV station exposed it, saying that the buckwheat bowls were not made from pure buckwheat. There were a lot of messy things added to the bowls, which scared the baby to death. I'll make the decision myself in the future. After a failure, the success rate of bowl trays can now reach 99%. Even the picky gentleman at home said that it tastes much better than the ones outside. If you can't survive in the future, open a bowl tray shop. Buckwheat is very rich in nutrients. It can not only lower blood pressure and fat, but also has low calories, so it is also very suitable for people with high blood pressure and weight loss. I made it for five people, and the proportion will be automatically reduced for those with a small family!

Steps

  1. I used Miaojie's buckwheat noodles in paper cups, so I can easily control the proportion. One cup is about 130 grams, and I used a total of 3 paper cups of buckwheat noodles. Prepare buckwheat flour and cold water

  4. After the dough is kneaded, start washing it and add water little by little.

  5. Including the initial kneading of the dough, there is a total of 900 ml of water. After all is added, the dough must be washed thoroughly. There should be no gnocchi like this in the picture, otherwise the finished bowl holder will be rough.

  6. Stir clockwise with your hands to crush all the small lumps on the bottom of the basin. This can also make the bowl holder more chewy. When the batter is as thick as shown in the picture, it is ready to be steamed. Pure buckwheat noodles are a bit sticky, which you will notice during the kneading process.

  7. I have used different bowls for steaming, and they all work. The time is the same, and the material does not affect much. Put the container in the pot to steam together first, then pour the batter after the water boils.
